Data deletion request

Before you request your data to be removed, you first need to cancel any subscription you have for the location that is subject to the deletion request.

Subscriptions can be cancelled by visiting the account page of the RapidBar web application.

When your subscription is cancelled, please fill out this form on order to request your data to be remove from the RapidBar apps ans servers.

When you submit a data deletion request, Solutions InventR inc. (RapidBar software) will remove all users information and all data that are present on the selected location. Users that are tied with other locations will not be removed to preserve their access to other active locations.
